Stan Daniels Manor is a senior rental housing accommodation. A 28 unit facility located in the Westmount area in Edmonton. Rent is based on RGI (Rent Geared to Income) and is calculated at 25% plus a fixed utility charge.

Urban Aboriginal Housing Program

• This program provides rent base on income (RGI) at 25% of total household income. Includes a fixed utility charge. CNIT levels apply to this program.

MUHC currently houses over 3000 tenants. As the property manager, we are responsible for renting and maintaining these units – a responsibility that covers administration (rent collection, insurance, property tax payments) and operation (inspection, repair, maintenance). We do this with a staff contingent of 50 +/- full time and part time staff. more...
